Exciting Events in Greater Moncton – August 2025
Each week, a different country is featured through its lively music, vibrant dance, or traditional cuisine. A perfect way to explore the world without leaving Dieppe! In case of bad weather, the activity will take place at the Dieppe Arts and Culture Centre.
August 8 to 12

The festival brings together professionals and novices with a mix of dance performances, concerts, master classes, workshops, and film screenings.
National Acadian Day
August 15 (Quinze‑Août)

Acadie Rock
2:00 PM – Pre-party at Moncton City Hall
Music, performances, and family-friendly activities kick off the celebration.
6:00 PM – Tintamarre Parade (starts at City Hall)
Join the traditional Acadian noise-making parade through downtown streets. Bring your pots, pans, whistles, and instruments!
7:00 PM – Free Outdoor Concert (Riverfront Park Stage)
Live performances from Acadian artists and bands along the Riverfront Trail. The show runs into the night.
Dieppe Celebrate’s l’Acadie
MusiquART Site, 475 Notre Dame St. (right next to the UNIplex)
3 PM –7 PM - Family-friendly zone with inflatables, crafts workshops, food vendors & bar
5:55 PM - The Tintamarre parade starts. This noisy, traditional march is a highlight of the day.

10:30 PM - The Mainlanders
Admission is free, and there’s free parking at the adjacent UNIplex and CCNB lots. No pets allowed on site.
YQM Country Fest brings major stars like Kane Brown, Jelly Roll, and Luke Bryan, alongside a stacked lineup including Jon Pardi, Chris Young, The Reklaws, and more. The festival is set up to be accessible and convenient (on-site shuttles, nearby parking, and a variety of ticket levels from general admission to VIP) and promises food vendors, themed amenities, and that small-town Maritime charm.
